Dermatology Partners , one of the Mid Atlantic region’s largest dermatology practices, has officially opened up shop in Maryland with a new office space in Baltimore County. The privately-owned, physician-led practice recently moved into a 3,000 square-foot facility in Sparks.

The new office is set to initially create half a dozen jobs, with more job opportunities later down the line as the practice grows. The medical team and practice will be led by Dr. Kate Viola and will primarily focus on medical dermatology needs, with special interests in treating skin cancers, psoriasis, atopic dermatitis, and alopecia.

“With Dr. Viola spearheading our expansion into Maryland, we anticipate growing our practice throughout the entire state while simultaneously providing exceptional, patient-first care to the community,” said Dermatology Partners’ Chief Operating Officer Andrew Frankel.
