The Winery and Vineyard Economic Development Grant Program is accepting applications from Maryland businesses until September 15, 2023.
The program targets new wineries and vineyards looking to start a business in Maryland, as well as existing entities interested in making improvements to their business, including but not limited to fermenters, irrigation equipment, fruit harvesters, barrels and bins, and canopy management machines.
Administered by the Maryland Department of Commerce Office of Tourism, the program will award a total of $1 million in grants by mid-December.
