Nine small, minority, and veteran-owned businesses have received funding from the Maryland Department of Commerce.

The financial assistance, administered through the department’s Military Personnel and Veteran-owned Small Business Loan Program and Maryland Small Business Development Financing Authority, totals $2.2 million to support business growth.
