A total of $7 million is being awarded to 11 different innovation infrastructure projects in Maryland.

The funding comes from the state’s Build Our Future grant program, which is designed to transform and accelerate growth in eligible technology sectors. This is the first time that the program has included additional scoring points for projects located in ENOUGH-eligible communities.

Recipients include Alchemity (Prince George’s and Cecil counties); Blackbird Laboratories (Baltimore City); BSA Seafood (Talbot County); CoapTech (Baltimore City); Colonial Metals (Cecil County); Intuitive Machines (Anne Arundel County); Longeviti Neuro Solutions (Baltimore City); Neurava (Baltimore City); Ten One Aerospace (Anne Arundel County); Theradaptive (Frederick County); and the University of Maryland, Baltimore (Baltimore City).

In the three rounds of the Build Our Future program, 32 recipients have received nearly $23 million in grant funding, supporting $75.5 million in private investment and an estimated 828 new jobs in Maryland.
