This website is powered by the Maryland Marketing Partners (MMP), a public-private partnership that leads branding and advertising efforts to attract new businesses and workers to the state of Maryland. The MMP works in partnership with the Maryland Department of Commerce, the state’s lead economic development agency, to coordinate and elevate opportunities for Maryland business growth. The MMP is advised by a Board of Directors, and is funded by the state of Maryland and private investors.

Business.Maryland.Gov is Maryland’s welcome mat for businesses looking for a place to grow their business, and works in tandem with a strategic advertising campaign led by the MMP. On this site, you can explore the many advantages of doing business in Maryland, dive into key data points, view available sites, and keep up with news highlighting Maryland’s success stories, business programs, and more.

The MMP also leads a talent attraction advertising campaign and the LiveWorkMaryland.com website, an information hub for college students and young professionals.
