Hagerstown Community College’s Technical Innovation Center Western Maryland’s largest and most comprehensive technology-based business incubator, the Technical Innovation Center offers a variety of spaces and services to startups, including wet lab spaces. The BioIncubator’s amenities include: access to the hospital’s physicians and staff, potential opportunities to conduct clinical trials, as well as equipment and conference rooms. The Institute for Bioscience & Biotechnology Research (IBBR) at the Universities at Shady Grove Some small spaces are available at IBBR at the Universities at Shady Grove.
