K. Neal Truck and Bus Center – an award winning commercial bus and truck dealership – is growing its family-run business and taking control of the local market.

According to Trucks, Parts, and Service Magazine , K. Neal is one of only two minority-owned commercial bus and truck dealerships in the nation, and generates more than $100 million in annual revenue.

With three locations in Maryland and one in Virginia, the full-service dealership is currently operated by father-and-son duo Korey Neal, Sr. (president) and Stephen W. Neal (CEO). The company is expanding its operations with a new facility where it will begin manufacturing and assembling vehicle components, boosting the company’s name in the industry. The company’s current portfolio already boasts 40 percent of the market share on school buses in Maryland and 100 percent of the market share on school buses in Prince George’s County.

K. Neal is working with the Maryland Department of Commerce to explore potential avenues for financial assistance and has submitted a notice of intent to utilize the state’s More Jobs for Marylanders  program and Job Creation Tax Credit .
