Whiting-Turner is growing its Baltimore County footprint with a dynamic 150,000 square-foot corporate headquarters.
Formed in 1909, the leading construction management firm is relocating to Goucher College’s campus, where it plans to provide safety-focused industry training and introduce future generations to career opportunities in the construction sector. The new facility is expected to be operational by late 2028.
Whiting-Turner and Goucher College have agreed to a 50-year lease; similarly, the company’s current headquarters has been located on East Joppa Road in Towson for more than half a century.
“This partnership brings together two historic Baltimore institutions with more than a century of leadership and innovation,” said Whiting-Turner President & CEO Tim Regan. “It reflects our commitment to the future growth of our company while strengthening our ties to the community. We are excited to collaborate with Goucher to create a space that cultivates engagement, innovation, and lasting partnerships for generations to come.”
