T. Rowe Price is relocating its global headquarters and moving to the waterfront neighborhood of Harbor Point.

The new 550,000 square-foot facility is now officially open, with a full transition of the company’s 2,000 employees to be completed over the next few weeks. The global investment management firm originally announced its plans to move within Baltimore City back in 2020.

The state-of-the-art campus showcases panoramic views of the Baltimore harbor, with custom meeting spaces, an auditorium, and a conference center for clients—a $278 million investment according to the Baltimore Business Journal.

“We have been in Baltimore since 1937, and we remain committed to supporting our community and creating a sustainable environment for our associates to thrive,” President and CEO Rob Sharps said in an earlier statement.

Beyond enjoying working in a pristine work setting, T. Rowe Price’s associates will find other ways to thrive living in the Baltimore area, which offers incredible diversity and big city living at a low cost.
